Warm & Cosy...
A gas fired central heating system with radiators throughout every room, both individually controllable, also centrally controllable by two independent split level thermostats, one in the hall and one on the first floor. Both the individual radiators and the thermostats are controllable by guests. The family bathroom and ensuite shower rooms all have dual heated towel rails, in the cooler months the central heating heats them, in the warmer months they are electrically heated to keep things dry and warm.
After a day at the beach...
There is continuously heated hot water provided by twin water tanks and large bore pressurised system so that all guests can enjoy the rainfall showers at any time. A hot water loop runs within the system ensuring hot water is delivered from all hot taps throughout the house almost instantly.
Comfort under foot
The house has a flagstone floor in the kitchen breakfast room, also at the rear of the hallway, all other living areas and bedrooms are fully carpeted.
Safe & Sound
A sophisticated fire alarm system incorporating smoke detection in all the rooms, break glass warning panels in the hallway and landing for emergency use and a control panel by the front door providing instant situation assessment should smoke be detected anywhere in the property.
Emergency Lighting
A wired emergency lighting system with battery backup fitted in all the rooms with exit guidance soft glow LEDs always visible. The emergency lighting automatically operates should for any reason there be a power failure.
Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi extended to all corners of the property for guests to use.
Range Cooker
Dual fuel Range Cooker with twin electric ovens, separate grill and five burner gas rings with extractor fan above.
